HOW THE WORK FLOWS
Four ways to find work
Live Mode: ASAP Transport
24/7Go online in the driver app and share your location. ASAP Transport offers are sent to online drivers nearby with a suitable vehicle, 24/7. The first suitable driver to accept gets the job.
Live Mode: ASAP Recovery
24/7With a recovery vehicle on your profile, you can also receive ASAP Recovery offers for breakdowns and non-runners, around the clock. Go offline whenever you want to stop.
Bid Jobs
Customers post scheduled jobs and you send your own price. The customer compares offers and accepts the one they want.
Fixed Price Jobs
Some customers set a price up front. If the job and price suit you, accept it. There's no bidding.
What you need
- Driving licence
- Insurance for the work you do (for example goods-in-transit and public liability where required)
- Vehicle registration document (V5C)
- Photos of your vehicle
- A profile photo
- Proof of address
Cargo One reviews each document. Your account is activated once they're all approved, and we may ask you to update a document at any time.
How payment works
- 1 You set your price on Bid Jobs, or see the price before you accept Fixed Price Jobs and ASAP offers.
- 2 The customer pays Cargo One's booking fee by card to confirm the booking.
- 3 The customer pays your price directly to you on delivery, unless the booking screen says otherwise.
CargoOne takes no commission from your price — the booking fee is paid by the customer.

How do ASAP Recovery offers reach me?

Do I see the job before I accept?

What do I need to sign up?
Register as a driver and upload your driving licence, insurance, V5C vehicle registration, vehicle photos, a profile photo and proof of address. Cargo One reviews each document and your account is activated once they're all approved.
How do I get paid?
The customer pays your price directly to you on delivery, unless the booking screen says otherwise. CargoOne takes no commission from your price — the booking fee is paid by the customer.
