Can I book a recovery at night or on a bank holiday?
Yes. You can book 24/7, 365 days a year. Your job goes to recovery drivers who are online at that moment.
What if my vehicle is on a motorway?
For safety, vehicles on a live motorway should first be moved by the official services. You can then book a recovery from a safe place such as a recovery yard.
Do I need to stay with the vehicle?
If you can, yes. If you can't, add the exact location, how to access the vehicle and where the keys are.
How do I pay?
You pay Cargo One's booking fee by card through Stripe to confirm the booking. It's a percentage of the driver's price, tiered by job value, and you see it before you pay. The driver's price itself is paid directly to the driver on delivery.
Can I cancel?
Before a driver accepts, you can cancel free of charge and your booking fee is refunded in full. After a driver accepts, you can still cancel in the app until the vehicle is collected. A cancellation fee (currently 20% of the booking fee) is kept and the rest goes back to your card, and the app shows the exact amounts before you confirm. Once the vehicle is collected, the booking can't be cancelled in the app, so contact support@cargoone.co.uk.
