How do I list everything?
Add the main items, the number of boxes and the floors at each end. Photos help drivers judge the vehicle and help needed.
Is there a lift or loading bay?
Say so in the job, along with any building rules or booking times for lifts and loading bays.
Do you pack IT equipment?
Packing isn't included as standard. Back up data, pack and label equipment before the driver arrives.
