Before a driver accepts
After you've paid the booking fee, your job is sent to available drivers near the pickup with a suitable vehicle. The search widens if needed. While you're waiting for a driver, the app shows that drivers are being alerted.
If your plans change while you're still waiting for a driver, you can cancel in the app and your booking fee is refunded in full.
Driver accepted
The first suitable driver to accept is assigned to your job, and you can see who's coming. From this point the driver appears on the live map.
On the way to the pickup
You can watch the driver head towards the pickup on the map. If you're waiting with a broken-down vehicle, make sure you're somewhere safe while you wait. For recovery jobs, the details you added about the vehicle, the keys and access help the driver when they arrive.
Collected and on to the drop-off
Once your items or vehicle have been collected, the map follows the driver to the drop-off. After collection, the job can't be cancelled in the app, so contact support if something changes.
Delivered, with photo proof
When the job is done, the driver uploads photo proof and you get a notification. The photos give you a record of how and where your items or vehicle were left.
